HOW TO JOIN THE CLUB
The first step is to register as a Prospective member which allows you to try us out free of charge and to decide if the club is for you from a social and fitness perspective. After registering, you will be contacted by our new member team who will answer any questions you have about the Club. If you decide you do not wish to proceed with prospective membership, you can remove your registration using the menu item REMOVE REGISTRATION, otherwise you can try us out. The second step is to make an application for membership.
MEMBERSHIP FEES EXPLAINED
Our membership year runs from December 1 to November 30 and the current annual membership fee is $36. Your initial joining fee will be a 'pro rata' amount based on $36 and the number of months until November 30. If you apply for membership in October or November the fee will be $36 and your membership will be extended until November 30 the following year. If you were to apply for membership today the initial joining fee would be $21. If you are already a member of a bushwalking club affiliated with Bushwalking Victoria, we offer a reduced annual membership fee of $18.
PREREQUISITES
The minimum age for membership is 18 years. A mobile phone is compulsory equipment for safety when participating in club activities. The club is fully computerised with members information, activity programs and activity booking being handled online from our club website. To use this, new members must have an email address and a device such as computer, tablet or mobile phone with internet access. It is likely that your mail provider may direct legitimate club emails to your spam or junk folders. You must check these folders every time you get your emails. Yahoo mail users should use the Yahoo mail app to ensure they have access to spam and junk folders.
REGISTER AS A PROSPECTIVE MEMBER
Registration provides us with contact information and confirms that you own the email address provided. After successful registration, you will have a menu with a PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS tab. Please select PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS INFORMATION which explains your options with the club as a prospective member. If you have difficulties with our system, click the HELP tab which will show persons you can call for assistance.

If you have previously registered with the club as a member or prospective member or visitor and this registration has lapsed, your attempt to register will fail. Please login with your previous login credentials and click the LAPSED MEMBERSHIP tab. This will provide options to fix the problem. If you have forgotten your login credentials please click LOGIN and follow the forgotten username and/or forgotten password links. If you cannot remember the email address you used then try registering with a different email address.
